Nobbys SLSC has over 100 active patrolling member’s carrying out volunteer lifesaving duties from September to April each year.

There are many options to get involved with Nobbys Surf Life Saving Club. These opportunities range from becoming a patrolling volunteer surf lifesaver, age manager for Nippers and assisting in various ways around the club.

Transfers from Other Clubs
We welcome transfers to Nobbys from other Surf Lifesaving Clubs from across Australia (subject to Exec approval). If you are considering transferring to Nobbys please get in touch with our Registrar Dawn at membership@nobbysnsw.com.au
New Members including Nippers
Please join Nobbys via the Members Portal:

All new members must provide a copy of their ID (drivers license, passport or birth certificate) to membership@nobbysnsw.com.au. Memberships cannot be processed until IDs are provided.
Important Points:
- Please email Active Kids vouchers to membership@nobbysnsw.com.au
- Complete the Nobbys privacy form
- Provide a copy of your Working With Children (WWCC) to membership@nobbysnsw.com.au.
- If you require assistance please raise your hand and contact Dawn at membership@nobbysnsw.com.a
*** One Parent/Guardian MUST join with a Nipper membership. Without this your membership is invalid ***
MEMBER PROTECTION – WORKING WITH CHILDREN CHECK (WWCC)
Nobbys SLSC take member protection very seriously. One of the many avenues available to our members is to apply for a WWCC (working with children check). The process is free and takes approx 10 minutes to complete so we encourage our members to apply and send the club a copy of the clearance. If you have a WWCC number that has been issued for employment purposes we can keep that on record at the club as well provided it states ‘valid for unpaid work’.

Bring WWCC clearance details to Registration days or email your name, the WWCC number, the expiry date and your date of birth to the Nobbys Registrar at membership@nobbysnsw.com.au.
PRIVACY ADVICE - PHOTOGRAPHY
Nobbys SLSC has developed a form that each parent must fill out for their children in relation to approval for photographs. This form must be filled out as part of the Nobbys registration process.
